Farrell, Martin & Barnell, LLP in Baldwinsville, NY is seeking an experienced real estate paralegal and licensed notary public with a background in purchase, sale, and bank closing transactions.
Well-qualified candidates will be highly organized and able to: accurately prepare deed packages, pro-actively identify and obtain title curatives, prepare and review Statements of Sale, and to prepare preliminary, and balance final, Closing Disclosures with lenders.
This position requires an extraordinary ability to remain professional and grounded when dealing with challenging clients and others.
Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience. Position involves occasional local travel with paid mileage.
