Responsibilities
- Connect with clients through in-person and virtual meetings to understand their needs and goals
- Provide clear, personalized recommendations focused on income protection, financial security, and legacy planning
- Educate individuals and families on basic financial concepts and long-term planning strategies
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up and service
- Utilize provided systems to manage appointments, applications, and client communication
- Participate in ongoing training to improve product knowledge, communication skills, and professional development
- Work collaboratively with mentors and team leaders to continue growing skills and performance
- Conduct business with integrity and professionalism while representing the company within the community
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or leadership is helpful but not required
- This is an entry-level opportunity with full training provided
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with others
- Interest in financial education and helping people make informed decisions
- Comfortable using technology and learning new systems
