What You’ll Be Doing
- Diagnose residential HVAC systems accurately
- Present repair vs. replacement options clearly to homeowners
- Build trust and close work the right way
- Perform high-quality repairs and maintenance
- Turn opportunities into revenue while doing right by the customer
Compensation
- $80,000–$150,000+ annually (top performers exceed this)
- Performance-based pay structure (no income ceiling)
