Door to Door Sales Team Lead | Sur Company
Location: Wilmington, NC
Full Time | Uncapped Commission Compensation Plan + Performance Bonuses
Are you a natural leader, self motivated, and hungry for success?
We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and results driven Sales Team Leader to develop our door to door sales team. The ideal candidate is a natural leader who can motivate a team, drive sales performance, and lead by example in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example by actively participating in door to door sales.
- Help create a positive, competitive, and accountable team environment.
- Ensure all team members are in their assigned area each day.
- Track leads, follow up, and report daily activity.
- Train and develop new representatives on sales techniques, communication, and product knowledge.
- Attend regular in person sales training and meetings.
- Recognize top performers and help underperforming reps improve.
Qualifications:
- 1 year of outside sales management experience preferred.
- Previous Door to Door experience preferred.
- Position requires constant standing, walking and movement from door to door.
- Comfortable working outdoors.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to lead from the front.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Competitive, self motivated and goal oriented mindset.
- Positive attitude and ability to handle rejection.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the assigned sales territory.
