The Managing Director is a key leader within the center, responsible for driving revenue, overseeing student management, and leading student and parent engagement.
This role blends relationship-building, operational leadership, and community outreach—ideal for someone who enjoys both business performance and making a difference.
You will work closely with the Center Director to ensure the center meets its goals while delivering an exceptional experience for students and families.
Student & Program Management
- Lead student and parent conferences (approximately 90%)
- Collaborate with teachers to monitor and adjust student programs
- Ensure high-quality academic outcomes and student satisfaction
- Manage center performance across revenue, operations, and goals
Marketing & Community Engagement
- Build relationships with local schools, PTAs, and community groups
- Conduct school visits, workshops, and outreach events
- Distribute marketing and public relations materials
- Maintain a consistent presence in the local community
Sales
- Handle initial inquiries from prospective families
- Communicate student progress and program value
- Support retention through strong relationships and results
