Job Summary
Wickson is seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to lead and oversee heavy civil construction projects from start to finish. In this role, you will coordinate daily operations on-site, supervise the team, coordinate with sub-contractors and ensure safety compliance. Your leadership will drive quality workmanship, efficient resource management, and communication. Wickson primarily focuses on heavy civil construction including earth moving & grading, site work, underground utilities, concrete work, retaining walls / sea walls, demolition...ect.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, schematics, and blueprints
- Lead and manage construction crew, subcontractors, and vendors to meet project deadlines and quality standards
- Monitor safety protocols rigorously to comply with OSHA regulations and maintain a safe work environment
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide construction efforts accurately
- Ensure quality control by inspecting work progress regularly and implementing corrective actions as needed
- Utilize tools such as rugged field tablet and laser levels
- Experience with heavy equipment such as excavators, loaders, skid steers, and compactors

- 5 years of experience as a foreman
Pay: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour
