About the Role:
As a Contract Nurse with Delta Homecare - Georgia, you will provide exceptional in-home care to patients in their homes, community, and resident settings. Your responsibilities will include:
Skilled visits: Providing nursing care to patients, assisting with diagnostic procedures, and facilitating lab tests as permitted
Supervisory visits: Monitoring patient care, conducting nurse supervisory visits, and liaising with caregivers and office staff
Insurance assessments: Assisting with insurance assessments and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
At least two years of general nursing experience, with current home care, medical, surgical, or critical experience
Compliance with accepted professional standards and principles
Good physical stamina and mental health
Negative TB skin test, current First Aid & CPR certification.
Licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or Company requirements and is in good working order
Excellent references from previous/current employers and/or professional peers
Ability to work independently, multi-task, and meet deadlines
