What You’ll Do
New Patient Conversions and Scheduling
- Convert inbound calls, referrals, and digital leads into scheduled evaluations
- Follow up with patients via phone, text, and email to guide them toward care
- Build and maintain a strong, consistent schedule that supports plan-of-care completion
Insurance and Financial Coordination
- Explain coverage, deductibles, and out-of-pocket costs in simple, confident terms
- Guide patients through financial decisions with professionalism and empathy
- Ensure 100% over the counter collections at check-in and check-out
Front Office Operations
- Welcome and check in patients, creating a friendly and high energy environment
- Manage scheduling in real time & communicate with the clinical team throughout the day
- Fill schedule gaps and reduce cancellations through proactive follow-up
Case Management and Data Accuracy
- Accurately enter and maintain patient data in CRM and EMR systems
- Keep charts and workflow tools accurate, organized, and up to date
- Communicate updates with referring providers and case managers as needed
You’re a Great Fit If You
- Have 3+ years of experience in a health, dental, med spa, chiro, or hospitality setting
- Are confident discussing premium pricing for investment in one’s health
- Experience navigating both private pay and insurance benefits
- Communicate with clarity, empathy, and confidence, especially over the phone
- Are highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities without losing focus
- Are comfortable using Google Workspace, CRM systems, and EMR tools
- Thrive in a growth-oriented culture that values accountability and regular feedback
This Role Is NOT For You If
- You want a purely administrative or traditional front desk job
- You are uncomfortable discussing finances or guiding patients through decisions
- You prefer slow-paced, routine environments over growth and adaptability
- You avoid difficult conversations or taking initiative
What’s In It for You
- Pay: $23 to $26 per hour, based on experience
- Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
