Our Behavioral Health Residential Facility is seeking an experienced Clinical Associate to support our Clinical Director and Program Director in delivering high‑quality, person‑centered behavioral health care. This role is ideal for a seasoned behavioral health professional who thrives in a collaborative clinical environment and is passionate about resident care, coordination, and program excellence.
What You’ll Do
- Support individual and group counseling services in a residential treatment setting
- Conduct resident intake screenings, orientations, and admissions coordination
- Participate in interdisciplinary case staffing and treatment planning
- Assist with concurrent reviews and continued stay authorizations with payers
- Coordinate referrals and continuity of care
- Respond to and support crisis interventions
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related social services field (required)
- Master’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of continuous experience in behavioral health, especially in:
- Acute psychiatric hospital settings
- Outpatient behavioral health programs
- Strong understanding of residential treatment, utilization management, and care coordination
- Excellent communication, organization, and clinical documentation skills

Pay: $23.73 - $30.99 per hour

Education:
Experience:
- Behavioral health: 5 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- CPR and First Aid Certifications (Required)
- AZDPS Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card (Required)
