WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, cookware, and kitchen equipment throughout service
- Return clean items to proper storage areas promptly
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dish station and surrounding work areas
- Assist with closing duties, including sweeping, mopping, and trash removal
- Safely operate dishwashing equipment and follow sanitation procedures
- Support kitchen and service teams as needed during service
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management
- Follow all company policies and health and safety regulations
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous kitchen or dishwashing experience preferred, but not required
- Reliable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Willing to learn, grow, and contribute to the team
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift (up to 8–10+ hours)
- Perform repetitive tasks using hands, arms, and wrists throughout the day
- Frequently bend, reach, twist, push, pull, and squat
- Regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Move quickly and safely in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Work comfortably in warm, humid, wet, and occasionally slippery conditions
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
