Shifts: 5pm-1am
Duties
- Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment promptly and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all areas are organized and free of clutter
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as bussing tables and handling basic food items when needed
- Support catering events and banquet setups by providing clean dishware and assisting with cleanup afterward
- Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination and ensure safety standards are met
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes for service periods
- Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times to maintain a safe working environment
Requirements
- Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key
- Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and efficiency
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and organization
- Experience with bussing tables, basic food preparation, or banquet service is a plus
- Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude in fast-paced settings
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
