Position: Machine Operator Trainee
Shift: Day Shift – 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM Sunday - Saturday
Schedule: Weekend availability required
Job Summary:
Our Oshkosh client is looking for a motivated Machine Operator Trainee to join our production team. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone interested in learning machine operations in a manufacturing environment. Training will be provided on first shift.
Responsibilities:
- Learn to safely operate production machinery.
- Monitor equipment performance.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting with training.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
- Assist with production goals and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Manufacturing experience or machine operation is preferred but not required.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working 12-hour shifts, including weekends.
