Job Summary
Foster Financial Group is currently seeking a full-time Client Service Specialist. Through proactive and reactive efforts, the goal of this position is to process new business in a timely and accurate way while also delivering world class service and support to the firm’s clients. This hire will need to possess a strong attention to detail, proficiency in task management, relationship management and customer service.
General Responsibilities Include
- Provide world class service to clients and prospects via phone, email, and in person.
- Process the firm’s new securities business in an accurate, compliant, and timely fashion with minimal error.
- Process requests and updates as needed including cashiering (contributions, distributions, RMDs, etc.), beneficiary changes, address changes, etc.
- Onboard clients with concierge service and greatest of care.
- Proactively prepare materials as needed for client meetings including statements, analysis, and performance reports.
- Help document, maintain and refine repeatable processes and procedures for the firm to optimize productivity, efficiency, scalability, and profitability.
- Build and maintain relationships with key outside partners (Ameritas, AIC, and other strategic product vendors) to assure proper business facilitation and service.
- Help maintain compliance responsibilities for the firm including daily logs, processes, procedures, etc.
- Document all work requested and completed in our CRM and other systems as needed.
Keys to Success
Due to the wide variety of industry, product, service, and technology knowledge required, this position will take considerable time to master. The right candidate will possess the ability to work on multiple items simultaneously while prioritizing the proper order of completion. This role must regularly and seamlessly work with Foster Financial Group team members and other external companies to ensure the firm provides the highest level of support. Consequently, this person will need possess the following characteristics:

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Securities industry: 3 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- Series 7 (Preferred)
- Series 66 (Preferred)
