Overview
Alloy Personal Training is coming to Greensboro, and we're looking for an exceptional Head Coach to help build something special from the ground up.
This is more than a coaching position—it's an opportunity to become a leader, mentor, and culture-builder within a growing fitness community. As our Head Coach, you'll inspire members to achieve their personal best while helping develop a team that delivers world-class coaching, accountability, and results.
You'll play a critical role in shaping the member experience, mentoring fellow coaches, and setting the standard for excellence on the training floor. If you're passionate about transforming lives through fitness, thrive in a high-energy environment, and are excited by the opportunity to help launch and grow a premier training facility, we'd love to meet you.
As Head Coach, you will spend the majority of your time on the studio floor leading small-group (up to 6 clients) personal training sessions. In addition to leading training sessions, you will have the opportunity to enhance your skillset in the areas of marketing, social media, lead follow up, staff recruitment, and member and community events.
