Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional hospitality by exceeding guest expectations
- Develop and uphold standard operating procedures and policies
- Champion preventive maintenance initiatives throughout the hotel
- Analyze engineering processes and equipment, providing recommendations for improvement
- Support budgeting and planning efforts across designated hotels
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices
- Ensure compliance with Hilton Standards and regulations for safe and efficient operations
- Identify and address productivity challenges, implementing effective solutions
- Maintain a welcoming and positive attitude at all times
- Prior hospitality experience strongly preferred
