We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Remote Communications Representative to support daily communication operations by assisting customers, clients, and internal teams through phone, email, chat, and virtual platforms. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to provide excellent service while working in a fast-paced remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, accounts, or scheduling
Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
Maintain detailed records of communications and interactions in company systems
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient issue resolution
Assist with appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and outbound communications
Support administrative and operational communication tasks
Meet productivity, response-time, and customer satisfaction goals
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism during all interactions
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous customer service, communications, call center, or administrative experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong computer and multitasking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or CRM software
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace required
Pay: From $29.47 per hour
