We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences through crafting delicious beverages.
Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of drinks following standard recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment
- Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in bartending or customer service preferred
- Knowledge of mixing drinks and cocktail recipes
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Understanding of food handling procedures and safety regulations in the food industry
- Basic math skills for handling payments and calculating orders
