JOB SUMMARY:
R Henry Construction designs and builds custom residential homes, additions, remodels and light commericial projects. We have maintained a solid reputation of excellent service and high-qulity workmanship for over 25 years. Our company continues to grow, and we are searching for Project Managers with an eye for detail, a strong work ethic and who take pride in their work.
As a Project Manager you will be the "face" of our company for the homeowner and trade contractors. The ability to communicate well with homeowners, design professionals and the drafter/architects is necessary.
The Project Manager must be able to effectively manage subcontractors/suppliers and daily project functions such as keeping costs within budget, assising with bid packages/estimating and foreseeing long lead items. Our ideal candidate is motivated, detailed, thorough and able to manage mutiple projects simultaneously.
REQUIREMENTS:
*Prefer 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager on new home building, remodeling and light commercial projects.
*Knowledge of building products and constructability to assist with desiging the clients dream project.
*Able to balance multiple and competing priorities simultaneously (cllient satisfaction, client budget, job timeline, subcontractor schedules, company reputation etc.)
*Professional demeanor with well-developed people skills including the ability to work with diverse personalities.
*Experience with Microsoft Office software and BuilderTrend or similar project management software.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to listen effectively.
*Resourceful, innovative and detail oreinted.
*Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
*Problem-solving skills.

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
