Provide counseling to Adult, Youth and Early Childhood.
The Counselor, Outpatient offers diagnostic assessment and counseling primarily within the office setting. This position is responsible for individual, family, and group services. This licensed provider will engage as a member of one or more collaborative teams. With a Trauma Informed approach, this position will be a representative for the organization and how we offer integrated services for recovery and mental health.
This position may be specific to one team or shared between teams:
- Youth/family population MH focus
- Youth/family population Dual Diagnosis focus
- Transitional Age Youth (16-26 years old)
- Adult Intake
- General adult MH focus
- Dual Diagnosis adult focus
- Forensic adult focus
Advancement opportunities for this role are available at times of further education and licensure attainment.
- Level 1: LPC/LSW/MFT
- Level 2: LPCC/LISW/IMFT
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work/Mental Health
- Master’s Degree in Social Work/Mental Health
Experience:
- Two (2) years of experience in the mental health field (preferred)
Licensure/Certifications:
- Licensed in the State of Ohio LSW or LPC
- BLS/CPR/First Aid (as applicable, company provided)
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
- Drug Screen, TB Test, Background check (required)
- Work in the office with occasional travel for meetings or professional development as dictated by programmatic needs
- Full-time hours, Monday through Friday, some evenings required based on client needs.

Pay: $58,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year
