We’re looking for friendly, dependable, and community-minded people to join our team! If you value sustainability, low-tox living, and connecting with people, we’d love to meet you.
You’ll help customers shop our thoughtfully curated products, assist with refills, answer questions, and keep the store looking beautiful and organized. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys meaningful customer interactions and wants to be part of a small business making a positive impact.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers with warmth and enthusiasm
- Operate the register and handle transactions accurately
- Help customers refill containers and learn about products
- Restock shelves and maintain a clean, inviting store environment
- Support day-to-day store operations
- Share our mission of reducing waste and shopping more sustainably
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Is friendly, reliable, and self-motivated
- Enjoys working with people
- Has strong communication skills
- Appreciates sustainability and eco-conscious living
- Can work independently and as part of a team
Retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
