What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional pest management services to residential, commercial, and government customers.
- Inspect properties, identify pest issues, and implement effective pest management solutions using Integrated Pest Management (IPM) principles.
- Build strong relationships with customers through professionalism, communication, and dependable service.
- Educate customers on pest prevention and answer questions about our services.
- Complete service reports accurately using company software.
- Safely operate company vehicles, equipment, and application tools.
- Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and professional appearance.
- Follow all company safety policies as well as state, federal, and OSHA regulations.
- Participate in ongoing training to continue developing your skills and industry knowledge.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
- Ability to lift, carry, bend, kneel, climb ladders, and perform physical work throughout the day.
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to pass pre-employment background screening and any position-specific screening requirements.
Compensation & Benefits
Starting Pay: $24.00–$30.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
Plus a $1,000 Sign-On Bonus! (Bonus paid after successful completion of the introductory employment period.)
