Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and performance management to foster a motivated team.
- Oversee food preparation and ensure adherence to quality standards, maintaining consistency in taste and presentation.
- Manage day-to-day operations including shift management, inventory control, and cash handling.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and implement proper food handling procedures to guarantee guest safety.
- Monitor restaurant performance through profit and loss analysis, budgeting, and cost control measures to maximize profitability.
- Coordinate with kitchen teams on food production, culinary standards, and catering or banquet services when applicable.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by resolving guest concerns promptly and maintaining a lively, welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in quick service & fast food restaurant environments or casual dining settings with supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety management practices.
- Demonstrated ability in staff training, team leadership, and supervising hospitality teams effectively.
- Background in restaurant management or assistant manager roles within the food industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage shift operations efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Knowledge of inventory control, food safety regulations, and budget management principles.
