Custom Healthcare Solutions is seeking skilled and experienced Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN's) for an exciting opportunity in Lubbock, Texas!
Licensed Vocational Nurse Details:
- Long Term Care Setting, Mental Heath
- Contract Length: 26 weeks with option to extend
- Pay Rate: $37.50/Hr
- Shift: 2pm-10pm (Required to work every other weekend)
- 40 hours per week
- Orientation: First 5 weeks 8am-5pm Monday-Friday
- August Start Date
Licensed Vocational Nurse Responsibilities:
- Provide care for patients – manage medication administration and treatments; provide medication education and complete documentation.
- Must be competent in advanced skills such as gastrostomy tubes/enteral feedings, Foley catheters, tracheostomies, etc.
Licensed Vocational Nurse Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of strong LVN experience
- Previous experience in long-term care, mental health, behavioral health
- Hospital inpatient, psych, behavorial health experience required
- Certifications- BLS Required
- Must be able to start within 2 weeks
- TX State LVN License
