[Key Responsibilities]
- Customer Excellence: Greet and assist customers, providing product information and styling suggestions to drive sales.
- Store Presentation: Maintain Visual Merchandising (VMD) standards, ensuring products are well-stocked, organized, and clean.
- POS Operations: Process transactions accurately through the POS system and handle returns/exchanges according to company policy.
- Loss Prevention: Assist in inventory counts and monitor the sales floor to minimize shrinkage and ensure store security.
[Qualifications]
- Experience: Entry-level welcomed. 1+ years of previous retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required to communicate effectively with customers. Bilingual skills are a plus.
- Flexibility: Must be available for Mandatory Weekend Work. Ability to work flexible schedules including holidays and evenings is required.
- Communication: Positive attitude with the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for the duration of the shift and lift/move inventory boxes weighing up to 25 lbs. Suitable seating is provided during breaks or as needed per California law.
[Work Schedule Policy]
- Meal Break Waiver: A Meal Break Waiver may be applied for shifts lasting 6 hours or less upon mutual agreement (allowing for a paid rest break and direct clock-out without a 30-minute unpaid meal period).

1. Salary: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour (Non-Exempt). Pay is commensurate with experience.
