POSITION OPENING FOR SCHOOL YEAR 2026-2027
The Board of Education is seeking applications for the 2026-2027 school year for the following position:
TRANSPORTATION COORDINATOR
(12 Months - Non-certificated)
DISTRICT
QUALIFICATIONS:
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conforms with all state laws and regulations regarding school transportation.

Maintains safety standards in conformance with state and insurance regulations.

Recruits and supervises all transportation personnel.

Cooperates with school principals and others responsible for planning special school trips.

Develops and administers a transportation program to meet all the requirements of the daily instructional program and extracurricular activities.

Develops and administers a contractual transportation program to meet all the requirements of the daily instructional program and extracurricular activities.

Prepares bus routes.

Prepares and updates bus schedules.
-
Authorizes purchases in accordance with budgetary limitations and district rules.

Approves and forwards transportation services invoices to School Business Administrator/Board Secretary.

Submits all reports required by state authorities.

Performs such other duties as they may be assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.
Compensation Rate/Range: $70,000 - $90,000
