Independently manages the full-cycle recruitment process for hourly production, skilled trades, technical, professional, and salaried positions from approved requisition through sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer acceptance, and pre-employment handoff.

Partners with hiring managers and HR leadership to understand staffing needs, position requirements, compensation parameters, hiring priorities, and timelines; develops and executes appropriate recruiting strategies.

Proactively sources active and passive candidates through job boards, resume databases, professional networks, social media, referrals, direct outreach, schools, community partnerships, workforce organizations, and recruiting events.

Develops and maintains qualified candidate pipelines for high-volume and difficult-to-fill positions, with a strong focus on manufacturing, skilled trades, technical, engineering, quality, and leadership roles.

Screens and evaluates candidates for experience, technical qualifications, compensation expectations, availability, shift requirements, and overall position fit; presents qualified candidates and recommendations to hiring managers.

Coordinates interviews, facilitates timely hiring-manager feedback, prepares and extends approved offers, and maintains candidate communication throughout the recruiting and pre-employment process.

Identifies and addresses recruiting barriers, including compensation, shift requirements, candidate availability, hiring delays, and labor-market conditions; recommends appropriate solutions to HR leadership.

Manages relationships with staffing agencies, recruiting firms, schools, workforce development organizations, veteran organizations, and other external talent partners; evaluates effectiveness and candidate quality.

Coordinates and participates in job fairs, hiring events, community outreach, school partnerships, and other recruiting initiatives to strengthen candidate pipelines and employer visibility.

Maintains accurate recruiting records and monitors key metrics, including open requisitions, requisition aging, candidate pipelines, interviews, offers, acceptance rates, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and hiring activity.

Provides regular staffing updates to HR and operational leadership and demonstrates ownership and accountability for assigned requisitions and recruiting results.

Ensures recruiting and selection practices comply with applicable employment laws, company policies, and equal employment opportunity requirements while maintaining confidentiality of candidate and company information.

Qualifications
Required Education & Experience
-
Minimum of 3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, with demonstrated full-cycle recruiting experience preferred.

Manufacturing, automotive, industrial, or skilled trades recruiting experience strongly preferred.

Experience recruiting across multiple levels, including high-volume hourly production, skilled trades, technical, professional, and salaried positions.

Demonstrated ability to proactively source and engage active and passive candidates for difficult-to-fill positions.

Experience partnering directly with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, evaluate candidates, and drive timely hiring decisions.

Experience managing multiple open requisitions and competing hiring priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience utilizing staffing agencies, recruiting firms, job boards, applicant tracking systems, HRIS/HCM systems, and candidate sourcing platforms.

Experience coordinating interviews, extending approved offers, and maintaining candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process.

Experience using recruiting metrics, labor-market information, and candidate feedback to evaluate recruiting effectiveness and adjust sourcing strategies.

Experience supporting job fairs, hiring events, school partnerships, workforce development programs, or other community-based recruiting initiatives preferred.
Education

Communications, or a related field preferred.

Equivalent combination of education and directly related recruiting experience may be considered.
