SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The Shift Lead provides in-the-moment supervision to team members to address procedure and behavior issues as they occur. The incumbent also provides line-level technical expertise to support all functions performed by the team to which the incumbent is assigned. The incumbent is responsible for reviewing and providing feedback for quality and productivity to team members, as well as investigation and resolution of the most complex tasks performed by the team.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):
- High school degree or equivalent
- Two (2) years of experience in customer service with at least one year as a member of a registration-based team.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):
- Associate’s Degree
- Medical Terminology Proficiency
- Hospital-Based Work Experience
