- Number of Staff – 5-6 RNs / 2-3 LNAs
o Day Shift – Charge RN, RNs, LNAs, unit Coordinator ( Monday- Friday)
o Night Shift – Charge RN, RNs , 2-3 LNAs
- Type of equipment – Hoyer, CPM,
Skill Set Most recruited for:
Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Med Surg. in a Hospital Setting
Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
- 2yrs experience med surg, orthopedics, Bariatrics
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
- Orthopedic Surgery (Knees, hips, Shoulder, Cervical), bariatrics
