We are seeking a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Towing Dispatcher to coordinate drivers and manage service calls in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
The dispatcher will answer incoming calls, assign towing jobs, coordinate vehicle pickups, monitor active service calls, and provide real-time updates to customers, drivers, insurance companies, and vendors. This role also requires maintaining accurate records, documenting detailed notes, and keeping all calls and assignments organized throughout the day.
The ideal candidate has strong computer, communication, and customer service skills, can manage multiple priorities at once, and remains calm under pressure. Previous automotive or towing industry experience and bilingual English/Spanish skills are preferred.
Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
