Job Overview
This is a direct Pay Job, This is a Independent contracting position that is PART TIME and VERY flexible schedule and will be paid through Zelle. MUST have vehicle. MUST have your own TOOLS. Start Immediately.
Duties
- Perform general maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks, and cleaning, yard work, shrub trimming, garbage cleanup, etc. etc. .
- Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify issues that require attention.
- Respond promptly to repair requests from clients, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Install fixtures, appliances, and equipment as needed.
- Lawn mowing, and weed whacking, cleanup, landscaping, and even house cleaning sometimes. MUST have your own TOOLS and Lawn Mower and Weed whacker-
- maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety
- Communicate effectively with dispatch manager while on duty
- Keep work areas clean and organized to promote safety and efficiency.
Requirements
- pass a background check
- A valid driver’s license
- Must Provide 2 references.
Remember. PART time work, FLEXIBLE hours, we work around YOUR schedule, and also remember you MUST HAVE your own TOOLS. We will need to see a list or some pictures of what kind of tools you have.
