- Lead the end-to-end product design process, including wireframing, prototyping, and visual design using tools like Balsamiq and UML diagrams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather detailed requirements and translate them into innovative product solutions that align with business goals.
- Develop comprehensive user flows, test cases, and user acceptance testing plans to validate design effectiveness and usability.
- Utilize analytics tools such as Looker to monitor product performance and identify opportunities for enhancement.
- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of APIs, HTML interfaces, and mobile applications within the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Participate in Agile and SAFe methodologies, contributing to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and continuous improvement initiatives using project management software like Jira and VersionOne.
- Create detailed wireframes and prototypes that communicate design concepts clearly to stakeholders using Balsamiq or similar tools.
- Support product management by providing insights on IT infrastructure, databases, SQL queries, and IT governance practices that influence product development.
- Engage in leadership activities by guiding junior team members and communicating effectively across departments to ensure project alignment and timely delivery. Experience
- Proven experience in software development or product creation within a fast-paced environment involving SaaS (Software as a Service) platforms or IoT (Internet of Things) solutions.
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies including Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum frameworks such as SAFe.
- Hands-on experience with version control systems like Git and TFS (Team Foundation Server), along with project management tools such as Jira or VersionOne.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java for mobile applications development; familiarity with HTML, APIs, SQL databases, and Microsoft Office suite including PowerPoint and Excel is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to gather requirements effectively through analysis skills and translate them into functional designs supported by wireframes or UML diagrams.
- Experience conducting user acceptance testing (UAT), analyzing analytics data for product improvements, and managing IT infrastructure components related to product deployment.
