Job Overview
Are you a skilled diesel mechanic looking for more than just a job? This is your chance to get in on the ground floor of something big.
Sonoran Fleet Care is a brand new, fast-growing fleet maintenance company with an ambitious vision — and we are looking for our very first mechanic to grow with us. This is not your average wrench-turning position. The right candidate will play a pivotal role in building something from the ground up, with a clear and fast-tracked career path as we scale.
We are projecting aggressive growth in our first year alone, with plans to rapidly expand our fleet, our team, and our footprint in the market. That means the opportunity in front of you today will look very different — and very much bigger — in just 12 months. We want someone who is hungry, dependable, and ready to prove themselves, because as Sonoran grows, so will your title, your responsibility, and your earning potential.
If you are a self-motivated team player who takes pride in their work and wants to be recognized and rewarded for it, we want to hear from you. The people who say yes to opportunities like this early are the ones who end up running them.
Sonoran Fleet Care is seeking an experienced and dependable Diesel Mechanic / Mobile Fleet Technician to join our growing team serving Tucson and surrounding communities. Sonoran Fleet Care specializes in on-site fleet maintenance and repair services using fully equipped mobile service trucks that allow us to perform repairs directly at customer locations, minimizing downtime for commercial fleets.
This role is ideal for a self-motivated technician who enjoys working independently in the field while delivering high-quality service and professionalism to customers. Technicians are expected to supply their own personal hand tools. A fully equipped company service truck, diagnostic equipment, and major shop tools will be provided.
Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are highly preferred due to our diverse customer base.
