This is a full-time role for an Assistant General Manager at Wingstop. The AGM will help support the General Manager with managing daily operations, overseeing staff and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering and waste control.
- Overall organization and cleanliness of the store. Keep the store and staff ready for QSC audits.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback.
- Help with scheduling and shift coverage to ensure proper staffing levels.
- Ensure compliance with Wingstop policies, health & safety regulations, and food safety standards.
- Lead and train team members to follow all company standards
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service management role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- ServSafe Certification- required ( we will help you obtain if you do not already have this certification)
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and procedures
- Experience with restaurant POS systems. Aloha preferred.
