Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and organization in residential and commercial spaces. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Launder linens, towels, and other items as needed to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning tasks.
- Manage housekeeping duties efficiently, ensuring that all tasks are completed within designated timeframes.
- Conduct commercial cleaning for various facilities, adhering to specific protocols and guidelines.
- Execute residential cleaning tasks with attention to detail, ensuring a comfortable environment for homeowners.
- Carry out carpet cleaning as required, using appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Assist in hotel housekeeping operations by preparing rooms for guests and maintaining common areas.
- Occasionally assist with cooking or meal preparation as part of household management responsibilities.
Experience
- Previous experience in housekeeping or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with sanitation practices and cleaning techniques is essential.
- Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients and address their needs.
- Experience in housekeeping management or commercial cleaning environments is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in fast-paced settings.
