We are a medium-sized family-owned business that values reliability and teamwork. We are looking for a detail oriented and dependable professional to join our team and handle day-to-day accounting and office responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
· Process payroll and maintain employee records
· Prepare and issue invoices, purchase orders, and checks
· Generate quotes and assist with customer billing questions
· Record and reconcile transactions in Sage 50
· Maintain accurate financial records and reports
· Answer phones and assist customers in a professional manner
· Support general office operations as needed
Qualifications:
· Proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance
· Proficiency in Sage 50 accounting software
· Strong knowledge of payroll, invoices, and basic accounting principles
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
· Ability to multitask and work independently
· Strong Communication and customer service skills
Preferred Experience:
· 2+ years working in accounting or office administration
· Experience handling payroll and vendor payments
· Familiarity with financial reporting
Compensation:
· Pay based on experience
Schedule:
· Monday – Friday
· 8:00am – 4:30pm
