Contract Duration: 7 months
Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour (USD)
Shift / Schedule: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM, Monday to Friday (with a 30-minute unpaid meal break)

Job Summary
The Production Operator performs work required to manufacture shingle products, along with related safety, housekeeping, shut down, cleanup, startup, and maintenance work.
Key Responsibilities
Using gloved hands, manually fold roof ridges (no tools or machinery)
Work safely and avoid at-risk behaviors at all times
Use standard procedures and technical training
Meet the production target of 12 boxes per hour (failure to meet this target could result in a performance termination)
Perform related housekeeping, shutdown, cleanup, startup, and maintenance work as required
Work Environment / Physical Requirements
Must bring your own safety shoes
Must wear at least 35% cotton blend long sleeve shirts
All other PPE is provided
Role involves manual, hands-on work on the production floor
