Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and dependable Operations Coordinator to support our growing Nampa operation.
This is a hands-on, varied role that will help keep our office, projects, materials, customers, and installation teams organized and moving forward.
We are looking for someone who is smart, communicates well, learns quickly, takes ownership, and has an exceptional attention to detail. You do not need to have previous project management experience. We can teach you our business, products, systems, and processes.
The right person will have the opportunity to grow into additional responsibilities in operations, project coordination, and project management as they learn the business and demonstrate their abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day operational activities and help keep things running smoothly
- · Help coordinate project schedules, installations, deliveries, and pickups
- · Communicate with customers, installers, vendors, and internal team members
- · Order project materials, office supplies, and other items as needed
- · Track inventory, supplies, and project materials
- · Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- · Receive and distribute mail and assist with visitors and customers
- · Keep project information, schedules, records, and documentation accurate and organized
- · Follow up on outstanding items and make sure details do not fall through the cracks
- · Help identify operational or project issues and find practical solutions
- · Coordinate with vendors, warehouse staff, and installation teams
- · Assist with day-to-day office and operational needs
- · Help improve processes and find ways to make the operation more organized and efficient
- · Take on additional responsibilities as you learn and grow.

Previous experience in operations, administration, scheduling, customer service, project coordination, construction, or a related role is preferred but not required. The right person and attitude are more important than having the perfect experience.

Growth Opportunity
This position is intended for someone who wants to learn the business and grow with the company.
As you become more familiar with our operations and demonstrate strong performance, you may take on additional responsibility in project coordination, scheduling, materials, team coordination, and eventually project management or operations leadership.
Schedule and Compensation
This is a full-time, in-person position in Nampa, Idaho.
Starting pay: $18/hour
Performance will be evaluated during the first 90 days based on reliability, organization, communication, ability to learn, follow-through, and overall contribution to the team.
Strong performance may result in an increase to $20/hour after the first 90 days.
Additional opportunities for growth and increased responsibility will be available as the role develops.
Work Environment
This position is primarily based in an office and may also involve working with our warehouse, installation teams, vendors, and customers.
The role may require sitting, standing, walking, using a computer, answering phones, communicating with team members, and occasionally assisting with operational tasks.
