About the Position
Wexler Surgical is seeking a dependable and highly detail-oriented Logistics Team Member / Quality Inspector to support shipping, receiving, inventory control, quality inspections, returns processing, and accurate system transactions in a regulated medical device environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receiving and quality inspection of medical devices and components
- Shipping domestic and international customer orders
- Inventory management, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy activities
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate inventory and transaction records in NetSuite
- Processing RMAs, returns, credits, and replacements
- Supporting quality system and compliance requirements
Required Skills & Experience
- NetSuite experience strongly preferred
- Experience in logistics, shipping, receiving, inventory control, warehouse, or manufacturing operations preferred
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Ability to review documentation and identify discrepancies
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience with RMAs, returns, inventory management, or quality inspections is a plus
