We are dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered primary care services and compassionate healthcare to patients throughout Raleigh and the surrounding communities. Our services include preventive care, wellness visits, chronic disease management, medication management, weight management, women's health, and acute care services.
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) for a flexible part-time outpatient primary care opportunity.
This position is designed for a provider seeking a consistent clinical schedule with the flexibility of a limited weekly commitment. The provider will commit to at least one consistent clinical day per week, with the opportunity to work a second day or select additional days based on provider availability and practice needs. Specific weekday(s) will be mutually agreed upon.
New graduates and experienced PAs and NPs are encouraged to apply.
Position Summary
The PA/NP will provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services, including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, medication management, preventive care, and chronic disease management.
This is a hands-on clinical position in a small, physician-led primary care practice. The provider should be comfortable developing clinical independence within their scope of practice while collaborating with the practice physician and clinical team as appropriate.
For PA and NP candidates practicing under an applicable supervisory or collaborative arrangement, an established physician will be provided by the practice, including physician availability for consultation, clinical guidance, and support in accordance with North Carolina requirements.
We welcome both experienced providers and motivated new graduates interested in developing their outpatient primary care skills in a supportive clinical environment.
