We are currently hiring a full-time Entry-Level AT&T Representative to join our expanding team in Catonsville, MD.
Role Summary
The Entry-Level AT&T Representative will focus on business-to-business outreach, engaging with local companies to identify communication needs and present tailored business solutions. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in sales, business development, account management, and client relations.
Entry-Level AT&T Representative Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct face-to-face B2B outreach to small and mid-sized businesses as a Entry-Level AT&T Representative
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate business solutions
- Build and maintain professional customer relationships
- Present services in a clear, consultative manner
- Follow structured sales and compliance processes
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and interactions
- Work closely with fellow Entry-Level AT&T Representative team members to meet performance goals
Entry-Level AT&T Representative Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in sales, business development, or account management
- Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers
- Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
- Prior experience in sales, retail, customer service, hospitality, or recruiting is a plus, but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment
