Requirements
- THIS IS A PHYSICAL ROLE — Must be able to lift 45 lbs
- Must have prior server experience in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to lift, carry, and balance large round food & beverage trays repeatedly throughout the shift
- Food Handlers Card required (upload credential prior to shift)
- ATAP (Alcohol Training and Awareness Program) certification required (upload credential prior to shift)
Responsibilities
- Report to work in proper uniform at scheduled time and follow event instructions from F&B managers and captains
- Assist with setup of all banquet equipment including flatware, china, glassware, tables, chairs, and linens
- Prepare tables with place settings and build buffets as directed by the Banquet Captain or F&B Manager
- Deliver, set up, serve, and break down all food & beverage for assigned functions and outlets
- Assist with beverages, bread, condiments, and refilling salt & pepper and condiment stations
- Attend pre-function briefings and remain at assigned station throughout the event
- Provide friendly, courteous service to all guests and co-workers at all times
- Clean and return all serving pieces to proper storage; remove debris and take trash to appropriate receptacles
- Deep clean and sanitize equipment as assigned; follow all food safety, HACCP, and Food Code standards
- Work efficiently within a production schedule to meet business demands across all venue spaces
Pay: $17.00 per hour
