Responsibilities
- Execute renovation projects including residential and commercial spaces.
- Perform tile laying and glass installation with precision.
- Conduct construction site assessments to determine project requirements.
- Utilize tools and techniques for plumbing tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with team members using Bluebeam for project planning and documentation.
- Build structures according to specifications, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Carry out trim carpentry tasks, including door hanging and finishing work.
- Apply plaster effectively for wall repairs and surface preparation.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment throughout the duration of projects.
Requirements

- Proven experience in renovation or construction roles, demonstrating a range of skills.
- Proficiency in tile laying, framing, trim carpentry, door hanging, drywall hanging and finishing, window and door installation, light plumbing and electrical a big plus, and roofing on rare occasions. We are looking for someone with the experience to perform home renovations without constant oversight and training.
- Familiarity with construction site protocols and safety regulations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
- A valid driver's license may be required for transportation to various job sites.
- Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to evolving project needs.
- Appearance and normal personal hygiene required.
- Transportation to and from work site.
