Job Overview:
We are seeking
- One Part Time Line Cook - Evenings / Weekdays / Weekends
- One Part Time Prep Cook - Mornings / Weekdays / Weekends
Duties:
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables and preparing meats
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Line/Prep Cook or relevant role
- Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
- Familiarity with industry's best practices
- Culinary school diploma preferred
