POSITION – OUTREACH CLERK
LOCATION – ONSITE at Bexar County, TX

F2F interview.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 2 years of general office/clerical experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Bilingual – English & Spanish (Mandatory).
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Experience assisting walk-in customers and handling phone inquiries.
- Experience with data entry, document review, filing, scheduling appointments, and general administrative support.
- Proficient with MS Office and standard office equipment (computer, copier, scanner, printer, etc.).
- Ability to multitask, maintain records, and work effectively with the public.
- Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug screening.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Public sector, county, city, nonprofit, community services, or customer assistance programs.
- Experience assisting applicants with forms, online applications, or document verification.
- Workplace de-escalation and conflict resolution skills.
WORK SCHEDULE
- Onsite
- Monday–Friday
- 40 hours/week

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
