Duties & Responsibilities:
- Complete convenience store set ups, resets, and remodels for new and existing customers
- Handle all aspects of product merchandising in assigned area (stocking, straightening, replenishing, removing old shelf strips and tags and replacing with new ones, assembling manufacturers racks and tags with company shelf tags for ordering, and cleaning shelves)
- Responsible for maximizing sales, market share, and profits based on product location
- Establish and maintain positive client relationships
- Assist with moving gondolas and shelving
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Full-time position (Monday-Friday); Average 40 hours (early start due to driving)
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
- Physical requirements of frequent lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to 25 lbs., occasionally over 50 lbs., etc.
- Complete a satisfactory background check, MVR, and drug screen
- Valid Driver’s License and good driving record
- Some travel required while covering routes (average of 6 nights per month) (company-paid hotel stay and per diem)
- Ability to operate, or learn to operate, iPad and other forms of ordering devices
- Work with a team of two or three people
NO COMMERCIAL DRIVER’S LICENSE (CDL) REQUIRED
