We are also looking for someone with a strong background in retail sales with a interest in bath, body and beauty products.
Job Title: Retail on call/ Part time Sales Associate
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer/detail-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for participating in store events and providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our valued customers.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products based on their needs
- Utilize excellent communication skills to provide product information, pricing, and promotions
- Participate in " in store " events that will require you to be hands on with customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Up sell products to increase sales revenue
- Assist in restocking inventory and ensuring products are displayed attractively
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
Experience:
- Proven experience in retail sales environment
- Strong ability to up sell and cross-sell products to customers and obtain product knowledge
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting and meet sales targets
- Knowledge of stock management practices is advantageous
- Ability to learn product knowledge
- Conflict Resolution Skills
- MUST HAVE 2 Weekend available a month!
