What You’ll Do
Welcome every guest with warmth, confidence, and professionalism — making them feel at home from the moment they arrive.
Manage appointments, bookings, and check-ins/outs with accuracy and grace — ensuring a seamless client flow throughout the day.
Support stylists, colorists, and spa technicians by coordinating schedules and communication.
Maintain a clean, organized, and elegant front desk area that reflects our brand’s image.
Promote retail sales and service upgrades that enhance the guest’s experience.
Uphold Dellaria’s high standards for service, safety, and teamwork.
What We’re Looking For
Currently enrolled in Cosmetology School — eager to learn the business side of beauty.
Previous customer service or retail experience (salon or spa preferred).
Outstanding communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
A natural people-person who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
A positive, professional, and polished presence — with genuine enthusiasm for the beauty industry.
A “yes-can-do” attitude — flexible, proactive, and always ready to help.

The Salon Coordinator assists management run the day-to-day business of the salon/spa, specifically, but not limited to, guest scheduling appointments, guests checking in/out for services and/or retail sales. Salon Coordinator acts as a liaison between the guest and the hair stylist /technician, contributing and promoting overall salon safety, quality guest services in a harmonious and tidy work environment with a wide variety of personality types. Salon Coordinator performs the daily salon/spa operations in accordance with the policies and procedures set forth by the Operations Manager, Regional Manager, and the Company.
Qualifications:
Must be enrolled and attending Cosmetology Hair School
Retail and customer service experience required
Prior salon/spa experience is preferred, but not required
Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional customer service and people skills
Possess a yes-can-do, team friendly attitude and takes direction well
Love, love, love the beauty industry & project a professional and fashion-forward image
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
