Stillmeadow Nazarene Child Care Center is looking for an experienced Early Childhood Educator to be a Preschool Teacher.

Qualifications:
- BA or Associates in Early Childhood Education or Child Development Associate Credential (CDA) preferred. 2500 documented hours working with children required.
- Prior classroom experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Maintain an orderly, healthy, safe, and positive learning environment where children develop a love of learning.
- Plan and implement individual and group activities that are responsive to the needs and interests of the children.
- Use developmentally appropriate practices which promote social, emotional, intellectual, physical, and spiritual development.
- Assess each child’s learning needs through documented observations and the use of the assessment tool.
- Develop lesson plans aligned with the center’s curriculum and PA Early Learning Standards.
- Maintain positive relationships with parents and communicate with them in a professional manner.

Pay: $15.50 - $18.50 per hour
