We specialize in site work projects, retaining walls, public works, and commercial sites. We are looking to grow our team with a self motivated, hard working individual. Be ready for a fast paced environment, lifting over 50lbs, using a shovel, and overall being a team player to meet the safety and time standards of each job.
Ideal candidates have expert level experience as an equipment operator, excavator operator, dozer operator, and loader operator.
- Ability to operate construction related heavy equipment (Excavator , Skid-steer, dozer, backhoe, front end loader, etc.) proficiently and safely at all times and in all types of conditions.
- Ability to communicate effectively with ground personnel and/or other operators using universal hand signals.
- Ability to work safely around other moving machinery, exposed to changes in temperature and humidity, dust, fumes, and gases. Required to work in all weather conditions. Duties will vary based on weather and time of season.
