Tree Crew Leader / Tree Climber

1st Shift – 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

We’re hiring an experienced Tree Crew Leader / Climber to join a professional tree care team in the Foxboro area. This is a working crew lead position, meaning you’ll be climbing, running removals, and leading a small crew on job sites.
If you enjoy outdoor work, technical tree climbing, and leading a team that takes pride in doing the job right, this is a great long-term opportunity.
What You’ll Do
- Lead a small tree crew on daily job sites
- Perform tree climbing, pruning, and removals
- Set up and execute safe rigging operations
- Operate chainsaws, climbing gear, and arborist equipment
- Train crew members and maintain safe work practices
Requirements
To be considered, you must have:
- 1–2+ years of professional tree climbing experience
- Experience with rigging, pruning, and removals
- Comfortable working at heights and outdoors
- Valid driver’s license
Nice to have (not required)
- ISA Arborist Certification
- CDL (Class A or B)
